By accessing or using the RouteCheck application and related services (the "Service") provided by Integration Architects, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
RouteCheck is a field service management application that enables technicians to manage service visits, record equipment readings, complete checklists, document products and parts used, and capture customer sign-offs. The Service also integrates with QuickBooks Online for invoicing and accounting purposes.
Access to the Service requires a user account created by your employer or organization administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and not to:
You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service, including service records, photographs, and notes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data as necessary to provide the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that any data you enter is accurate and that you have the right to collect and store such data, including customer signatures and photographs.
The Service integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online to sync customer data, product information, and invoices. By using this integration, you acknowledge that:
The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Integration Architects, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as authorized by your employer's agreement with us.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTEGRATION ARCHITECTS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Integration Architects, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon notice to your organization administrator. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
